Peter Blumette Park

About the Park

Peter S. Blumette Park is located within a residential neighborhood on the western edge of the City. The Park offers a wide variety of unique recreational opportunities, such as a putting green, shuffleboard, table checkerboards, and an ice rink (seasonal). The Park also has a playground and amenities for several popular sports, including baseball and softball, basketball, and soccer. Picnic tables and restrooms allow visitors to use the Park for longer periods of time.

Demolition of the existing playground at Peter Blummette Park begins, Thursday, November 6, 2025. The playground area will be closed during demolition and site preparation.

The exciting news: a brand-new playground is scheduled for installation and should be completed by Spring 2026! Take a look at the rendered design.
