Voting for Parade Theme is Open!

October 10, 2024 4:00 AM - November 1, 2024 4:00 AM

We’re excited to announce that you have the chance to help choose the theme for this year’s Miracle on Margaret Street Holiday Parade on December 7th, 2024! We’ve narrowed it down to three unique and festive options, and we need your input to make the final decision. Here are the themes to vote on:

  1. Elf the Movie: Holiday Adventure – Step into the whimsical world of Buddy the Elf, with floats inspired by the film’s iconic scenes, from Santa’s workshop to the snow-covered streets of New York City.
  2. Holidays of Past, Present, and Future – Take a journey through time, with floats featuring classic holiday celebrations from the past, modern-day traditions, and even futuristic holiday visions full of imagination.
  3. Enchanted Forest – Immerse yourself in a magical woodland wonderland, with floats featuring glowing trees, fairies, hobbits, and mythical creatures celebrating in a vibrant, enchanted forest setting.

Cast your vote and help shape the holiday magic! Keep an eye on our social media for voting details and let your voice be heard!

Below are Parade Entry Contest Judging Criteria to keep in Mind:

The winners will be announced the week following the parade and be awarded with glory, prestige, bragging rights and a large trophy. :)

Category 1: Vehicle/Float/Marchers representation of the Parade Theme

Category 2: Group participant’s embodiment of community spirit and festive cheer
