The city can't grow without more land. Are there areas of undeveloped property?

Thank you for providing your input! The City recently annexed property into the City along Rugar Street. The SmartCode Project will begin addressing potential zoning adjustments for this area over the next couple of months. In addition to vacant land, as the City's housing stock continues to age, there will be opportunities for redevelopment and infill throughout the City. The amendments being considered will help facilitate new growth in these areas. We hope you continue to follow the SmartCode Project and provide input.
