Splash pad and Fencing

I’m extremely happy to see the inclusion of a fence separating the playground and the road but am worried that a split rail fence will still allow toddler and children to run into Boynton Avenue, which I have seen many times. As ugly as chain link fencing is, we may require something with smaller gapping. I am very excited to see a splash pad at this high traffic area! Yes!! The beautiful band shell will be ideal for Battle of Plattsburgh, summer concert series’, 4th of July, local theater groups, and Mayors Cup. I am VERY happy to see this stage happening!
