as part of the plan could the collective explore the PFD property and connect it to the Fox Hill property via a paved walkway with illumination and an emergency phone similar to what they have on the SUNY campus.. Fox Hill Park is the beartown of the city of Plattsburgh not to mention Rescue Hose #5..it appears that fox hill and fire companies have a shared history.. of course, in addition to just the safety aspect ..thank you
