Park Renewal Project

The City of Plattsburgh definitely needs a real nice outdoor basketball court. There is not one single decent basketball court in our city. You need a nice surface. Not black top. Also excellent outdoor collapsible basketball rims. Add lights too. I'm not sure of the best site. Maybe re-doing the South Acre's court or Peter Blumette Park. I could help in the design. I would also help with setting up leagues and tournaments.
