Residential Design Workshop

SmartCode Plattsburgh will be holding the first Design Workshop which will focus on potential Code adjustments related to residential development. For those that are unable to attend in person, the presentation and question/answer period will begin around 6:30 which will accessible via Zoom - see the link below.

We encourage everyone to attend and share your ideas for new residential development options in the City.

Attendees will also:

1. Receive an update on the City's SmartCode Progress
2. Learn about the City's existing residential land use patterns
3. Find out what residential designs and density options are possible with this Zoning Update
4. Learn about accessory dwelling units and how they can provide more housing options
5. Contribute to the success of SmartCode Plattsburgh and your neighborhoods
