- Receive an update on the City’s SmartCode progress
- Learn about proposed adjustments to regulating historic properties
- Review proposed adjustments to Residential Zoning Districts and Allowable Uses
- Learn about proposed changes to Site Plan and Special Use Permit Processes
- Contribute to the success of SmartCode Plattsburgh and your neighborhood
